Camp Weeks Start July 5th.
6 Weeks of Camp – July 5-August 9th, 2021
Our camps provide the finest gymnastics training and recreation for the ultimate summer experience for girls and boys ages 3 1/2 to 14 1/2 . Enjoy gymnastics, trampoline, and tumbling in our state-of-the-art facility.

Rates & Times

½ Day Camp Only :                  9:00 am – 12 pm             

Please Note: Camp registration will be closed if the minimum registration is not met by 8:00 pm the night prior to that camp date.             


 Kids, Girls, and Boys Camps are great for anyone who wants to learn or increase their gymnastics skills. Tumbling Camps are great for gymnasts, cheerleaders, and anyone who wants to learn or increase their tumbling skills.

Kids Camp: ages 3 ½ to 7½ years. (Must be Potty Trained )

Girls Gymnastics Camp: 6-14 years
Perfect for the aspiring gymnast or just for a great whole body workout this camp is packed with gymnastics fun! All ability levels are welcome.

The following camps are offered select weeks during the summer term.

Ninja Gym Camp (3-Day camp): 5½-12½ years
This camp is a fun, skill-based, fast-paced combination of Physical Challenges, Ninja Obstacles, Rebounding, and Gymnastics.
This camp was inspired by Jessie Graff, FGC Alumni, Professional Stunt Woman, and American Ninja Warrior Finalist.

Basic Tumbling (3-Day Camp): 5½-12½ years.
Tumblers will learn and work on handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, bridges, and tight body positions. As well as
round offs, backbends, back walkovers, back handspring drills, front walkovers, and front tucks and back handsprings with a spot.

Advanced Tumbling (3-Day Camp): 7½-14½ years – Must be able to do a back handspring to enroll in this camp. Tumblers will work on/learn and perfect aerials, back handsprings, front handsprings and tucks, round off back handsprings, tucks, layouts, and twisting.

Frederick Gymnastics Club is updating our mask policy, effective immediately. All students will need to wear a securely fitting mask during their class or team practice. We will require all children over the age of five to wear a mask and recommend that children under five wear a mask as well. If the students are performing skills that present a bona fide safety risk, they will not be required to wear their masks during that particular activity. This will be monitored by the coach or staff person. We continue to follow the CDC, State, and Local Health Department guidelines as they are carefully evaluating the current COVID pandemic situation. IF YOUR CHILD HAS BEEN DIRECTLY EXPOSED TO COVID-19: If anyone in your household is infected with COVID-19, your child must quarantine for 10 days while monitoring symptoms and may return to the gym after receiving a negative test. You must provide the gym with the documentation. If you do not wish to test, an additional 14 days quarantine will be required after the initial 10 days. If your child has been exposed to someone, outside your home, quarantine for 10 days, monitor symptoms, and return to the gym if there are no symptoms during the 10 days. If symptoms are experienced anytime during the 10 days, they must quarantine a total of 14 days from onset of symptoms and may return to the gym after 14 days provided there are no additional symptoms. IF YOUR CHILD MAY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19: With a Test: An individual in quarantine after possible exposure can end quarantine after 7 days if a negative COVID-19 test is received and they are not experiencing any symptoms over the 7 days. This test can be initiated after day 5. You must provide the gym with the documentation. Without a Test: If your child has possibly been exposed to someone that may be positive, they must quarantine for 10 days and monitor symptoms. If they do not experience any symptoms they may return to the gym after 10 days. If the person your child was exposed to does test positive then your child must quarantine for 10 days, monitor symptoms, and may return to the gym if they have no symptoms during the 10 days or provide documentation of a negative COVID test after 7 days of quarantine. This test can be initiated after day 5. If the potential exposure comes back negative, they may return to the gym immediately if they have no symptoms. Click below to read our Reopening Plan.
